3 Month / 3,000 Mile Limited Powertrain Warranty

At Jidd Motors Mitsubishi, we stand behind the vehicles we sell. That's why we proudly offer a complimentary 3 Month / 3,000 Mile Limited Powertrain Warranty on qualifying pre-owned retail vehicles, covering major powertrain components to help protect you from unexpected repair costs.

Coverage begins on the date of sale and expires at the earlier of three months from the purchase date or 3,000 miles from the vehicle's odometer reading at time of delivery. A $300 deductible per repair visit applies to all covered warranty claims and is the customer's responsibility, due at the time of service.

3-day return policy conditions

1. Vehicles must be returned within 3 days of the purchase date and driven less than 300 miles. A surcharge of $1.00 per mile applies up to 300 miles.
2. New or leased vehicles do not qualify for the 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy.
3. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
4. A 10% restocking fee is calculated from the total purchase price. All non-cancelable items and third-party contract fees are the customer's responsibility, in addition to the restocking fee. These charges, along with any mileage surcharge, are deducted from the down payment; if the total exceeds the down payment, the balance is due in cash or a cashier's check at the time of return, and a mutual release will be signed.
5. If you had a trade-in that has since been sold, we'll reimburse you the amount credited on your Vehicle Purchase Order for the vehicle being returned.
6. This policy also applies to out-of-state customers, who are responsible for any additional fees such as shipping and handling. The 3-day window starts from the date of vehicle delivery.
7. All customers are welcome to request a third-party inspection prior to shipment or purchase.
8. Upgrades, modifications, or service costs paid after the purchase are not reimbursed.
9. This policy can be used once, for any qualifying used vehicle.

Is your vehicle eligible?

This Limited Warranty applies only to qualifying pre-owned retail vehicle purchases. To qualify, vehicles must be a pre-owned retail purchase, have less than 100,000 miles at the time of sale, and have a sale price greater than $11,999 before taxes and fees.

The following vehicles are not eligible: all new vehicles, all leased vehicles, any vehicle sold for $11,999 or less, and any vehicle with 100,000 miles or more at the time of sale. Vehicles that do not meet these requirements will be sold without this Limited Warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.

Coverage applies only to internally lubricated powertrain components unless otherwise stated in writing. Warranty coverage is non-transferable unless specified otherwise in writing. All warranty repairs must be authorized and performed according to dealership procedures, and failure to properly maintain the vehicle may void coverage.
